北京天衡诚信环境评价中心成立于1999年，是批经北京市质量技术监督局的计量认证，北京市建设委员会的认证审核，独立合法第三方检测机构，具有向社会独立出具公正数据检测资质单位。 本中心是北京市建委首批公布的建设工程质量检测单位之一，是北京市质量技术监督局公布的首批6家承担社会检测资格单位之一。北京市消协系统消费教育先进单位。1999年今天衡诚信一直致力于第三方检测，现检测范围涉及多个领域：环境检测、环保监测、水质检测、废气排放检测、建筑装修材料检测、建筑系统节能检测等。 中心现有实验室用房面积上千平米，配备各种检测仪器300多台（套），设立了化学分析室、气相色谱分析室、物理检测室、无菌检测室、精密仪器检测室等专业检测科室。检测中心检测人员本专业持证上岗，拥有工程师、工程师、助理工程师等专业分析人员。
